RETURNS

At Crown Active, we are committed to providing high-quality activewear that meets your expectations. If you are not satisfied with your purchase, you may request a return under the following conditions:

• Returns must be initiated within 5 days of receiving your order.
• Items must be unworn, unwashed, and in original packaging with all tags attached.
• Any item returned with stains, makeup, deodorant marks, or signs of wear will not be accepted.
• We do not accept returns on final sale items, underwear, or gift cards.
• Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is faulty or incorrect.
• Returns must be processed by contacting support@crownactive.com.au - Please use your Order number # in your subject line of your email.

EXCHANGES

If you need a different size or color, we offer exchanges based on availability. Please follow the return process above. If the requested item is out of stock, a refund or store credit will be issued.

REFUNDS

Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of approval or rejection. If approved:

• Refunds will be processed to the original payment method within 5-7 business days.
• Original shipping fees are non-refundable.
• Store credit is available as an alternative to refunds.

FAULTY OR INCORRECT ITEMS

If you receive a defective, damaged, or incorrect item, please contact support@crownactive.com.au within 5 days of receiving your order with photos of the issue. We will provide a return label and arrange for a replacement or refund.

HOW TO INITIATE A RETURN OR EXCHANGE

1. Email support@crownactive.com.au with your order number in the subject line & reason for email. Please attach any images of issues if available (this will quicken the process)
2. Await approval and further instructions.
3. Send the item back using the provided return address.
4. Once received and approved, your refund, exchange, or store credit will be processed.
